Shipping Regulations

To ensure that every bouquet, flower basket, and gift from Cô Hai Flower Shop is delivered to customers in fresh and perfect condition, we have established the following delivery policy:

1. Delivery Coverage

• Ho Chi Minh City (inner city): Same-day delivery within 2 hours after the order is confirmed (except during rush hours or under special conditions).

• Other provinces and nationwide: Delivery time depends on the recipient’s address, ranging from 3 – 24 hours. The estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

• Deliveries are available every day of the week from 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

• Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed and delivered the following day, unless otherwise agreed.

• During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day 8/3, 20/10, Teacher’s Day 20/11, Lunar New Year, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high order volume. We recommend placing orders 1 – 2 days in advance.

3. Delivery Fee

• Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City for orders over 500,000 VND.

• Orders under 500,000 VND or to remote areas may incur a surcharge (calculated per km or by area).

• For interprovincial/nationwide orders, the delivery fee will be notified directly upon confirmation.

4. Delivery Terms

• Our delivery staff will contact the recipient in advance to ensure the order is delivered at the right time and place.

• In case the recipient is not available:

  • Flowers may be delivered to a family member, building security, or receptionist (if applicable).

  • If delivery is not possible, our staff will contact the customer who placed the order to agree on a solution.

• Fresh flowers will be delivered intact and as ordered (minor seasonal substitutions may apply, but overall value and aesthetics are guaranteed).

5. Quality Commitment

• Cô Hai Flower Shop guarantees that all flowers are carefully preserved and delivered promptly to maintain freshness for 2 – 3 days.

• If the product is damaged during transportation, customers are kindly requested to provide feedback within 2 hours of receipt for assistance with exchange/return.
