2. How long does flower delivery take?

• Ho Chi Minh City center: Delivery within 2 hours from order confirmation.

• Other provinces: 3 – 24 hours depending on the area.

• During major holidays, you should order at least 1 – 2 days in advance to ensure the most beautiful flower arrangements.

3. Can I request delivery at a specific time?

Yes. When ordering, please specify your desired time. Co Hai Flower Shop will arrange delivery at the scheduled time to the best of our ability.

4. How is the flower delivery fee calculated?

• Free delivery in Ho Chi Minh City center for orders from 500,000 VND.

• Smaller orders or deliveries far from the center will have additional fees (notified during order confirmation).

• Delivery to other provinces/cities: fees will be quoted specifically based on the delivery location.

5. What if the flowers don’t match what I ordered?

Co Hai Flower Shop guarantees delivery exactly as shown in the picture. In case the flowers don’t match the sample or are damaged, you have the right to request exchange/return or 100% refund according to our policy.

6. Do the flowers stay fresh for long?

Flowers are guaranteed fresh for 2 – 3 days (under normal conditions). To keep flowers fresh longer, you should:

• Trim the flower stems daily.

• Change the water in the vase regularly.

• Place flowers in a cool, airy place, avoiding direct sunlight.

7. Can I send gifts along with the flowers?

Yes. Besides fresh flowers, Co Hai Flower Shop also provides additional gifts such as: cakes, chocolate, teddy bears, fruit baskets… to help you send complete love.

8. What payment methods are available?

• Direct payment at the store.

• Some cases may allow COD payment (cash on delivery).

• Flowers can be left with relatives, security guards, or receptionists (if available).
