Warranty and Return Policy

With the desire to provide customers with the best flower delivery service experience, Co Hai’s Flower Shop has established a transparent and clear exchange and return policy. We are committed to protecting customer interests in every order.


1. Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return

Customers have the right to request an exchange or return in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the ordered item (significantly different from the description or image).

  • Flowers are damaged, crushed, or have excessive shedding during delivery.

  • Delivery time is later than promised without prior notice.

  • Accompanying accessories/gifts (cakes, chocolates, teddy bears, etc.) are defective, damaged, or not as ordered.


2. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Customer changes their mind after the product has been designed and prepared.

  • The recipient is not present at the address and cannot be contacted during the delivery time.

  • The flower product has been handled, moved, or rearranged by the customer or recipient after delivery.

  • Complaint feedback is sent too late (after 12 hours from receiving the product).


3. Exchange and Return Process

  1. Customers should contact Hotline 0707 538 089 immediately or message directly through our Fanpage to report the issue.

  2. Provide the order number and actual photos of the received product.

  3. Co Hai’s Flower Shop will verify and confirm:

    • If it’s indeed our fault, we will proceed to deliver a new product or refund 100% (as agreed).

    • If the issue is beyond our scope, we will clearly explain the reason and offer appropriate solutions.


4. Resolution Time

  • Exchange/return requests need to be sent within 2 – 12 hours after receiving the product.

  • The processing time for exchanges/returns is maximum 24 hours from the confirmation of the complaint.
